I worked with Steven to purchase a multi family investment property in the spring of 2013.  Steven was very helpful throughout the entire process.  At each house we visited, he would make sure and inspect the entire property top to bottom.  (there were a few where he found water damage and other things the sellers were definitely hiding).   He also knew approximate values for rentals in the multiple areas of Boston that I was searching, so this was key when deciding whether or not the unit was affordable to me.
